Special tools
Solutions tailored to specific processes
Special tools are custom-designed and manufactured to meet the exact requirements of a specific technological operation, machine, or product.
At TOOLE, we develop these solutions from the ground up – starting with a production needs analysis, followed by a conceptual design, and culminating in the manufacturing and testing of the finished tool.
Our designs take into account operating parameters, material specifics, operator ergonomics and process safety at every stage. This approach ensures that every tool we create is not only effective but also durable and comfortable to use.
Tailored approach and engineering precision
Special tools are created where standard catalog solutions fall short. This is where experience, creativity, and technical expertise truly matter.
The TOOLE engineering team carefully selects the right design parameters, materials, and manufacturing technologies to ensure the tool perfectly fulfills its purpose – whether in assembly, machining, measurement, or quality control.
Each project is supported by 3D Models, FEA Analysis (MES), 2D Documentation, then tools are then manufactured in our Łódź facility, with the highest level of precision and craftsmanship.
Testing, implementation and optimization
Once the tool is manufactured, we conduct functional and measurement tests to confirm its compliance with the design specifications. If necessary, we adjust the design to achieve maximum efficiency and durability.
Our goal is not only to deliver a finished product but also to optimize the client’s production process by reducing cycle times, improving quality or increasing workplace safety.
