Every material undergoes X-ray inspection before further processing, allowing us to detect and eliminate microcracks formed during casting or heat treatment. This ensures that subsequent production maintains the highest standards of safety and quality.

Materials from Renowned Foundries

We use only materials sourced from renowned foundries that guarantee stable and proven technology. Every finished valve seat undergoes thorough quality control to ensure that the product delivered to the client is fully tested and ready to perform under the most demanding conditions.

G1: Gray cast iron with a pearlitic structure, offering good wear resistance and suitable for guides under normal loads.

G2: Gray cast iron with a pearlitic structure and increased phosphorus content, providing enhanced wear resistance and better emergency performance. Used in engines under medium loads.

G3: Gray cast iron with a pearlitic structure, enriched with phosphorus and chromium, designed for engines with particularly high levels of turbocharging.

LPG Valve Seats

A special place in our product range is dedicated to the LPG valve seat line – designed specifically for LPG-powered engines. These products are distinguished by their increased hardness, resistance to high temperatures and wear, making them an excellent choice for vehicles operating under challenging conditions.

We make order fulfillment as simple and predictable as possible. That's why we follow a clear workflow:

Data submission

At the start, you provide us with technical drawings, a sample part, or general technological assumptions. If needed, we visit your facility to gather dimensions and detailed information essential for completing the project.

Technical documentation, quotation and order

Next, our engineers prepare the technical documentation, which you receive for approval. Once approved, we provide you with a detailed quotation and scope of work. After you accept the offer and send your order via email, we begin the production process.

Order fulfillment

Your order is entered into our production system. We create a production guide, procure the necessary materials, and pass the project to the production department. There, the component is manufactured precisely according to the agreed specifications.

Quality control and shipping

The finished component undergoes a thorough quality control process. Once completed, we notify you that the work is finished. We issue the necessary documents and arrange the delivery method – you can either pick up the order in person or have it shipped to you.
